HR genie is an application though which, all the employees could benefit a more convenient way of working process, like requesting a document to a local HR, registering a course for learning, getting a help form FAQ team, etc. For using the system more flexible, 2 ends including PC and mobile are under developing.

For this document, the functionalities are related to the module “LEARNING”. Through which, roles like “Learning partner”, “Coordinator”, “Learning approver” and “Employee” are involved.

The capabilities are like here in bellowing:
- Learning partners are able to manage sessions (course with a detailed time scheduled)
- Coordinators are able to print list of participants for a certain session scheduled or make a statistic for attendance for a certain session.
- Learning approvers are able to give an approval or a reject to a pending issue
- Employees are able to view a list of programs to study, specifically designed for themselves. Moreover to register or to show interest to programs.
